Youth at Hope
Our work with youth is at the center of building community for the future.
At this time 88 families with more than 90 children live in Hope-managed housing, and we work with many more youth and adults in the immediate neighborhood. Like our work with adults, our work with youth is focused on strengths and leadership.
Hope’s regular youth activities provide ways for young people to learn about and get involved in other opportunities like listening or strategy sessions, learning and leadership opportunities, and meetings that lead to new projects. Youth are involved -- and often take leadership roles -- in our Community Listening, Community Gatherings, art projects and other opportunities.
