Children’s Village Center features 30 rental units of housing and underground parking for residents. Rents are priced affordably for families earning 30-50% of the area median income. Amenities include: private balcony, hardwood flooring, energy efficient lighting and appliances, high speed internet and satellite access.
This 1920s brick building is located one block from the Franklin and Portland intersection. Renovated in 2005, the Dundry House provides 18 efficiency units and 6 one-bedroom rental units. Rents are priced affordably for those earning 50% of the area median income. Amenities include:extraordinary down town views, high efficient central heating system, new bathrooms and kitchens, laundry facilities, and community room.
The Wellstone is slated for completion in 2008. The development will provide 49 new units mixed-income rental units at the NE corner of the Franklin and Portland intersection. Phase III of the Franklin-Portland Gateway development, Wellstone will include units ranging from studios to spacious 3-bedrooms and 6,000 square feet of commercial space at street level. The development is a partnership between Hope Community and Aeon.

Common laundry facilities are located on each floor. A community center including an indoor children’s play area is located at street level. Children’s Village Center is Phase I of the Franklin-Portland Gateway development.

Hope Community Court features five townhouses and one carriage house in a cluster development on the Hope Block. Residents enjoy the use of common areas on the Hope Block that include walkways, playgrounds and gathering spaces. The Jourdain:
Construction of The Jourdain was completed in November 2006. The development provides 41 new rental units at the SW corner of the Franklin and Portland intersection. Phase II of the Franklin-Portland Gateway development, The Jourdain includes studios to spacious 3BR townhomes and will soon include a neighborhood market at street level.
