The Jourdain Construction Updates

The Jourdain was completed in November 2006 and features 41 units of mixed-income housing and a 4,000 square foot commercial space at street level that will include a grocery store.

	11/06 The Jourdain is complete!
	5/10/06 The Jourdain is 45% complete and on schedule for lease up in early December
	4/26/06 The Jourdain includes a 2 story walkway called a Mews from Portland Ave to an interior courtyard
	4/06/06 Second floor residential nearly complete. The Jourdain features a mix of rental housing- studios to spacious 3 bedroom townhouses
	3/23/06 The Jourdain includes 3 floors of residential housing and a corner grocery store
	3/11/06 Town homes on Portland Ave are adjacent to corner store
	3/1/06 4,100 s.f. Grocery store shell complete.
