Franklin-Portland Gateway Phase IV

Located at the NW corner of the intersection, Phase IV is also being developed in cooperation with Aeon and is slated to begin construction in 2008.  The development will feature 120 units of mixed-income housing, including 20 for-sale units. Housing is designed to accommodate a variety of household types, with unit sizes ranging from studios, to live-work units, to three-bedroom townhomes.  The development will include 16,000 square feet of commercial/retail space at street level, providing a business opportunity for a minority-owned daycare provider.
