Affordable Housing Hope owns and manages many rental properties, immersing us in the economic and social life of the neighborhood. We understand that revitalizing must include a commitment to current residents, the primary partners in building diverse, mixed-income communities. We are determined to avoid the displacement that accompanies unchecked gentrification.
